How do I request soaps?
Choose products and quantities on the Orders page, add your name and email, then select “Send Order Request”. We’ll contact you to confirm availability, payment and delivery. No payment is taken on the website.
Does sending a request confirm my order?
No. A submitted request lets us know what you’re interested in. The order arrangements still need personal confirmation, including product availability and any pricing, payment and delivery details.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged after we contact you. Draft — payment details: Add the accepted payment methods and when payment is required once the business has confirmed them.
Where do you deliver, and is collection available?
Draft — delivery and collection: Delivery areas, collection options, charges and timing are still to be confirmed. Please ask before relying on a particular location or date.
Can I request a gift?
Tell us what you have in mind in the notes on your order request. Draft — gifting: Confirm whether gift packaging, messages or direct delivery can be offered before adding these as available services.
Where can I find ingredients and sizes?
Check each product listing for its confirmed ingredient list and size. If a detail is missing or you have a question about a particular ingredient, contact us before requesting that soap. Sample products are placeholders for review.
What if I don’t receive an acknowledgement?
Keep the request reference shown after submission. WordPress accepting an email for sending does not prove inbox delivery. Check your spam folder and use the Contact page if you need help; avoid sending the same request repeatedly.
What if a soap is unavailable?
Products marked unavailable cannot be selected in the request form. We’ll still confirm availability personally before arranging your order.
